Lagos, the most populous city in Nigeria, Africa’s most populous country, is a cultural and economic juggernaut. Tens of thousands of entrepreneurs and young upstarts flood into Lagos on a daily basis. The Consulate of the United States quickly outgrew its original building and site, though finding enough, if any open land to relocate to in Lagos is near impossible in one of the densest cities in the world.
